Citizens

Citizens is located on the ground floor of Lotus Republic, an 80-unit apartment development situated between the Avenues and Downtown neighborhoods of Salt Lake City. Managed by a subsidiary of the Lotus Group, the establishment received its liquor license in July 2023 and welcomed its first guests shortly thereafter.

Spanning approximately 1,200 square feet, Citizens features a compact 12x8 commercial kitchen that operates without a hood. Despite its size, the bar offers an impressive selection of food and drinks, accommodating around 60 patrons, including a charming patio that boasts stunning views of the downtown skyline.
