Anthem 2

Anthem 2 is the second phase of a comprehensive masterplan, building on the success of the initial phase and bringing a new market type to the site. This phase will feature 64 market-rate townhome units and offer an array of shared amenities from Phase 1, including access to a city park with pickleball courts, basketball courts, a playground, outdoor fitness equipment, and jogging tracks. In addition, Phase 2 will introduce its own amenities, such as BBQ areas, a gated dog run, and a trellis with seating, all set within the project's beautifully landscaped environment. 

The development consists of seven buildings, each equipped with solar panels to support the project's net-zero goals. The townhomes will include 1, 2, and 3-bedroom options, with each unit featuring a two-car garage. Notably, one of the buildings boasts a distinctive curved design that harmonizes with the site layout, creating a striking visual impact as you enter the community.
