Anthem

Lotus Anthem is multi-phase project located in the heart of the new Clearfield Master Plan Development. Phase 1 a Moderate Income LIHTC project, which consists of 243 net-zero, energy star-rated apartment units, 33 rental townhomes, a mile of walkable paths, and a half-acre dedicated city park. 

The Project is located at 450 S State Street, which is a corridor that has seen significant investment over the last few years due to its proximity to significant employment opportunities. Two of the largest job centers in northern Utah are within a ten-minute commute: the Freeport Industrial Center and Hill Air Force Base. In addition, the Clearfield UTA Transit Station is located just one mile to the south. 

The project is wood frame slab-on-grade construction with 2-car garages and a variety of unit mixes. The development will house ample amenities with large landscaped areas with pathway connectivity, tree canopies, jogging path, playground with sport amenities, picnic tables, benches, etc. and will cater to the suburban workforce market.
